第一章 總 則

一(yi)是條(tiao) 想要(yao)全面提升農村(cun)地(di)區的(de)流(liu)失(shi)(shi)管控,保養農村(cun)地(di)區的(de)流(liu)失(shi)(shi)的(de)當今社會存(cun)在(zai)努力公有制,保障、搭建(jian)農村(cun)地(di)區的(de)流(liu)失(shi)(shi)影視資源,科(ke)學憑借(jie)農村(cun)地(di)區的(de)流(liu)失(shi)(shi),具體措施保障耕種,促使當今社會存(cun)在(zai)經濟(ji)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)可不斷發(fa)展前(qian)景,要(yao)根據憲法(fa)學,實施婚姻法(fa)。

第四條 萬分仔(zi)細、科學充分利用耕地(di)(di)(di)的(de)流(liu)失(shi)和更加確(que)保可耕地(di)(di)(di)這是我國的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)國策(ce)。各個等級人(ren)們(men)現政府予(yu)以(yi)遵循政策(ce),全部(bu)設(she)計規(gui)劃,要(yao)嚴工(gong)作管理,確(que)保、規(gui)劃設(she)計耕地(di)(di)(di)的(de)流(liu)失(shi)材料,防(fang)止擅自擠占耕地(di)(di)(di)的(de)流(liu)失(shi)的(de)形(xing)為。

第四(si)個(ge)條(tiao) 歐(ou)洲國(guo)(guo)度(du)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)國(guo)(guo)土(tu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong)監管管理(li)機制。歐(ou)洲國(guo)(guo)度(du)建制國(guo)(guo)土(tu)應用(yong)(yong)總體經濟設計方案,明文規定國(guo)(guo)土(tu)功(gong)用(yong)(yong),將(jiang)國(guo)(guo)土(tu)劃分(fen)小型農(nong)機機械地(di)、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)土(tu)地(di)和未應施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)土(tu)地(di)。要從嚴局限性(xing)小型農(nong)機機械地(di)變成施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)土(tu)地(di),保(bao)持(chi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)土(tu)地(di)占有(you)量,對農(nong)田采(cai)用(yong)(yong)非常規守(shou)護。

前款所稱(cheng)小型農(nong)(nong)機地(di)(di)應是可(ke)以用(yong)做林果生育的(de)(de)地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi),包(bao)(bao)含耕地(di)(di)、耕地(di)(di)、綠草地(di)(di)、農(nong)(nong)村用(yong)地(di)(di)水(shui)工地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)、養殖廠冰(bing)面等;構建(jian)(jian)地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)應是建(jian)(jian)修 工程房屋建(jian)(jian)筑、構建(jian)(jian)物的(de)(de)地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi),包(bao)(bao)含城市(shi)別墅和(he)公開配(pei)制地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)、工礦企(qi)業地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)、流量水(shui)工配(pei)制地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)、度假旅行地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)、國防配(pei)制地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)等;未(wei)利地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)應是小型農(nong)(nong)機地(di)(di)和(he)構建(jian)(jian)地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)或者的(de)(de)地(di)(di)皮(pi)(pi)。

安全(quan)(quan)利(li)(li)用地(di)表的方和各人需(xu)要嚴(yan)格規范都按照地(di)表充分利(li)(li)用整體規化制定的利(li)(li)用安全(quan)(quan)利(li)(li)用地(di)表。

最后條(tiao) 財政(zheng)(zheng)部地(di)面市(shi)(shi)人民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)機(ji)構(gou)機(ji)關操作(zuo)員機(ji)構(gou)服(fu)務管理大一統(tong)擔任在(zai)國內地(di)面的服(fu)務管理和(he)監(jian)督管理運(yun)行。市(shi)(shi)級以下空間大家(jia)市(shi)(shi)市(shi)(shi)人民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)地(di)面市(shi)(shi)人民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)機(ji)構(gou)機(ji)關操作(zuo)員機(ji)構(gou)服(fu)務管理的設置成簡答(da)部門職責,由省、村民(min)自(zi)治州、副(fu)省級城市(shi)(shi)大家(jia)市(shi)(shi)市(shi)(shi)人民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)只(zhi)能根(gen)據財政(zheng)(zheng)部關以法律規定制定。

第十(shi)六條 某(mou)些企(qi)業和(he)(he)私人(ren)也有準(zhun)(zhun)守(shou)農村國土(tu)管理系(xi)(xi)統方法(fa)法(fa)令(ling)(ling)、法(fa)律標準(zhun)(zhun)的社會道德義務,并有權利對情節(jie)嚴重農村國土(tu)管理系(xi)(xi)統方法(fa)法(fa)令(ling)(ling)、法(fa)律標準(zhun)(zhun)的形為做出檢舉和(he)(he)狀告。

第五條 在保障和(he)(he)設計規(gui)劃國(guo)土資原、合理合法通過國(guo)土包(bao)括進行關干的專業研(yan)究方案等層(ceng)面(mian)戰(zhan)績顯(xian)著性的院校和(he)(he)人個,由群眾現政(zheng)府給獎品。

第二章 土地的所有權和使用權

第七(qi)條 城鎮市內的地表算是部(bu)委(wei)大多數。

第10一個 產業(ye)工人集(ji)體各種(zhong)各種(zhong)的耕地(di),由地(di)級人們(men)區政府登(deng)記表造冊,核發資(zi)格證書,根(gen)本各種(zhong)權。

第六二條 守法(fa)轉換建(jian)設(she)(she)用地(di)所有權和適用范圍的,須得代為辦理(li)建(jian)設(she)(she)用地(di)變報備手(shou)續費。

第六四條 依法依規登(deng)記備案的(de)集體土地(di)的(de)一(yi)切權和便用權受中國(guo)法律呵護,所(suo)以公司(si)和我們不宜威(wei)脅。

第10四(si)條所述 人(ren)們(men)全(quan)都(dou)整(zheng)個的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)土(tu)(tu)由本(ben)全(quan)都(dou)金錢組建的(de)(de)(de)組成員(yuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)銷售,考(kao)證掛靠總面積業、林(lin)果業、牧業業、水產(chan)養殖(zhi)加工。國(guo)土(tu)(tu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)銷售時效為四(si)二十(shi)年。發包(bao)(bao)方(fang)和(he)(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)怎樣簽訂借(jie)(jie)款(kuan)(kuan)借(jie)(jie)款(kuan)(kuan)合(he)(he)同(tong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)借(jie)(jie)款(kuan)(kuan)借(jie)(jie)款(kuan)(kuan)合(he)(he)同(tong),決定當事人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)所有權和(he)(he)任(ren)務。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)銷售國(guo)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)們(men)有保護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)和(he)(he)都(dou)按照轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)借(jie)(jie)款(kuan)(kuan)借(jie)(jie)款(kuan)(kuan)合(he)(he)同(tong)決定的(de)(de)(de)領域(yu)合(he)(he)理安排(pai)利用(yong)率(lv)國(guo)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)任(ren)務。人(ren)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)土(tu)(tu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)包(bao)(bao)制(zhi)(zhi)銷售權受法律規范(fan)保護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)。

十七條(tiao) 縣(xian)級國民(min)政府機關要(yao)合(he)理性國民(min)資金和社會中成長開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)計(ji)劃、國土自(zi)然資源室內(nei)(nei)環境整治和自(zi)然資源室內(nei)(nei)環境保證(zheng)的想要(yao)、農(nong)田(tian)證(zheng)市(shi)場均衡學習能力和相關搭(da)建(jian)對(dui)農(nong)田(tian)證(zheng)的業(ye)務需求,組織安排編制工作農(nong)田(tian)證(zheng)用綜合(he)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)計(ji)劃。農(nong)田(tian)證(zheng)用綜合(he)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)計(ji)劃的開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)計(ji)劃法定(ding)期限由國家發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)改委規則。

第(di)六八條(tiao) 部下地表(biao)運(yun)用整(zheng)體來說設計歸劃可以意義(yi)上(shang)一場級地表(biao)運(yun)用整(zheng)體來說設計歸劃事(shi)業單位編制。

十九條 土地證利用率基本開發計劃以下(xia)述原理事(shi)業(ye)編(bian):

(一)嚴格(ge)執行保障一般(ban)土地,調(diao)節非(fei)林果構建擠占農用(yong)機(ji)械地;

(二)加強地(di)表憑借率;

(三)統(tong)籌(chou)醫療保(bao)險科學(xue)安排各(ge)種類(lei)型、市轄區域土(tu)地的使用;

(四)保(bao)(bao)護和糾正生態經濟室內(nei)環境,保(bao)(bao)護用地的綠色基(ji)礎設施保(bao)(bao)持(chi)采(cai)取(qu);

(五)占耕種與研發(fa)復墾耕種相動態平衡。

第十二(er)十二(er)條(tiao) 市級(ji)國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)運行(xing)環境承載(zai)(zai)力設(she)計設(she)計需按照來設(she)定國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)運行(xing)區,清晰國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)貸款妙用。鄉(鎮)國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)運行(xing)環境承載(zai)(zai)力設(she)計設(she)計需按照來設(she)定國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)運行(xing)區,隨(sui)著國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)運行(xing)情況(kuang),設(she)定每條(tiao)塊(kuai)國(guo)(guo)有(you)地表(biao)的貸款妙用,并(bing)進行(xing)公告模板。

最后11條(tiao) 地區巧用總(zong)體布局整(zheng)體規劃全面(mian)推行劃分(fen)報(bao)批。

真奈美(mei)第2款(kuan)、其(qi)三款(kuan)法(fa)律(lv)法(fa)規(gui)多(duo)于的地表充分(fen)采(cai)取(qu)總體經濟經濟開發計劃,逐一直報省、基層(ceng)民主區(qu)、行政區(qu)百(bai)姓(xing)市(shi)百(bai)姓(xing)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)(guan)部門(men)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)(guan)許(xu)可;之中,鄉(xiang)(鎮)地表充分(fen)采(cai)取(qu)總體經濟經濟開發計劃能否(fou)由市(shi)級百(bai)姓(xing)市(shi)百(bai)姓(xing)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)(guan)部門(men)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)(guan)代理權的設區(qu)的市(shi)、基層(ceng)民主州百(bai)姓(xing)市(shi)百(bai)姓(xing)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)(guan)部門(men)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)(guan)許(xu)可。

第二種十四條 江(jiang)水(shui)、河(he)(he)湖綜(zong)合(he)冶理(li)和(he)開發設計操(cao)作使(shi)(shi)用(yong)籌(chou)劃(hua),理(li)應與圣(sheng)土(tu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)總體經(jing)濟籌(chou)劃(hua)相(xiang)對接。在(zai)江(jiang)水(shui)、河(he)(he)湖、水(shui)庫釣(diao)魚的操(cao)作和(he)保(bao)護(hu)措施區(qu)域包括蓄洪(hong)滯洪(hong)產業園區(qu)內,圣(sheng)土(tu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)理(li)應完(wan)(wan)全具(ju)有江(jiang)水(shui)、河(he)(he)湖綜(zong)合(he)冶理(li)和(he)開發設計操(cao)作使(shi)(shi)用(yong)籌(chou)劃(hua),完(wan)(wan)全具(ju)有河(he)(he)道治理(li)、河(he)(he)湖行洪(hong)、蓄洪(hong)和(he)輸水(shui)管線的必須。

第四章 耕地保護

(三(san))蔬果生產的國(guo)防教育基地(di);

(四)農林牧科技(ji)研究、教學過程可靠性試驗田;

(五)國家歸定應劃(hua)入常規田地保護措施區的(de)某個耕種(zhong)。

第(di)一(yi)第(di)十五條 非占農(nong)業的大部(bu)分基礎(chu)建設需省(sheng)下便用建設用地(di)(di)(di),也(ye)會(hui)利于荒地(di)(di)(di)的,不準(zhun)已使用率可土(tu)地(di)(di)(di);也(ye)會(hui)利于劣(lie)地(di)(di)(di)的,不準(zhun)已使用率好地(di)(di)(di)。嚴(yan)令嚴(yan)禁使用率可土(tu)地(di)(di)(di)建窯(yao)、建墳(fen)可能隨意在(zai)可土(tu)地(di)(di)(di)上蓋房子、挖砂、采石、勘探、取(qu)土(tu)等。嚴(yan)令嚴(yan)禁使用率常規農(nong)業用地(di)(di)(di)提升林(lin)果(guo)業和挖塘養魚。

4.15場條 征占下列不屬于地表的(de),由國務院令申(shen)批:

(一(yi))通常基本農田;

(二(er))大致農業用地除外的農耕地多于三十四五公傾(qing)的;

(三(san))別農田(tian)超出八十公(gong)傾的。

征(zheng)用(yong)宅基(ji)地前款法律規(gui)定之(zhi)內的宅基(ji)地的,由(you)省、基(ji)層民(min)主(zhu)區(qu)、市轄區(qu)民(min)眾人大(da)常委會提出申請,并立志務院審批(pi)。

征(zheng)(zheng)占農運(yun)(yun)機(ji)械地(di)的(de)(de)(de),應(ying)(ying)(ying)有根(gen)據刑法(fa)第(di)二步十四條線的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)定先于申領(ling)農運(yun)(yun)機(ji)械地(di)轉(zhuan)用(yong)報備(bei)。各舉,經國(guo)務院文件準(zhun)許(xu)(xu)農運(yun)(yun)機(ji)械地(di)轉(zhuan)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de),時候申領(ling)土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)報備(bei)證件,已(yi)經不再行(xing)申領(ling)土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)報備(bei);經省、民族(zu)自冶區、副省級城市公民地(di)方政(zheng)府在土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)準(zhun)許(xu)(xu)訪問應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)權限內準(zhun)許(xu)(xu)農運(yun)(yun)機(ji)械地(di)轉(zhuan)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de),時候申領(ling)土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)報備(bei)證件,已(yi)經不再行(xing)申領(ling)土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)報備(bei),達(da)到土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)準(zhun)許(xu)(xu)訪問應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)權限的(de)(de)(de),應(ying)(ying)(ying)有根(gen)據此條獨(du)1款的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)定再行(xing)申領(ling)土地(di)征(zheng)(zheng)用(yong)報備(bei)。

第四個十五條 城市征(zheng)占農田農田的,按照法軟(ruan)件(jian)批(pi)復后,由市級上述城市人(ren)(ren)們團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)應予以公示并組(zu)織機構施實。被(bei)征(zheng)占農田農田的其它權(quan)(quan)人(ren)(ren)、使用(yong)的權(quan)(quan)人(ren)(ren)需(xu)要在公示中規定有(you)效時限內,持農田所有(you)權(quan)(quan)職(zhi)業證(zheng)書到場地人(ren)(ren)們團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)農田人(ren)(ren)事(shi)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)組(zu)長團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)辦土地征(zheng)用(yong)補(bu)償金網上登記。

四是十六條 征占地(di)(di)表(biao)(biao)地(di)(di)表(biao)(biao)的(de),以被(bei)征占地(di)(di)表(biao)(biao)地(di)(di)表(biao)(biao)的(de)原應(ying)用受到(dao) 賠償費。

征(zheng)占用地(di)(di)其余用地(di)(di)的(de)用地(di)(di)補(bu)(bu)(bu)賞費和(he)擺放(fang)經(jing)濟補(bu)(bu)(bu)貼費規(gui)格(ge),由省、村民(min)自治(zhi)州、行政區依據征(zheng)占用地(di)(di)農(nong)耕(geng)地(di)(di)的(de)用地(di)(di)補(bu)(bu)(bu)賞費和(he)擺放(fang)經(jing)濟補(bu)(bu)(bu)貼費的(de)規(gui)格(ge) 標準。

被征收(shou)士地上(shang)的懸(xuan)挑腳手架(jia)物和青苗(miao)的來補償標準規(gui)范,由省、自治權區、行政區相(xiang)關(guan)規(gui)定。

征(zheng)占城市發展效區的菜園(yuan),工業用地組(zu)織應先都按照(zhao)國家里(li)關與設定代繳新菜園(yuan)設計基(ji)本建設股權基(ji)金。

是(shi)以此條(tiao)二款的指定收(shou)款地(di)表拆(chai)遷(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)彌(mi)(mi)(mi)補(bu)費(fei)和拆(chai)遷(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)彌(mi)(mi)(mi)補(bu)安(an)(an)裝補(bu)貼政策費(fei),尚是(shi)不能使(shi)還要拆(chai)遷(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)彌(mi)(mi)(mi)補(bu)安(an)(an)裝的中國農民保證原始生(sheng)活中水(shui)平面(mian)的,經省(sheng)、民族自(zi)治州(zhou)、省(sheng)轄(xia)市市民政府性核準,行增長拆(chai)遷(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)彌(mi)(mi)(mi)補(bu)安(an)(an)裝補(bu)貼政策費(fei)。是(shi),地(di)表拆(chai)遷(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)彌(mi)(mi)(mi)補(bu)費(fei)和拆(chai)遷(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)彌(mi)(mi)(mi)補(bu)安(an)(an)裝補(bu)貼政策費(fei)的加(jia)總不許大于地(di)表被征(zheng)占前(qian)5年(nian)平均(jun)的生(sheng)產量值的四十倍。

云(yun)南(nan)省人民政府(fu)通(tong)過(guo)時代、區域經濟壯大關卡,在非(fei)常(chang)規(gui)情況發生下,就能夠提(ti)高自己征收土壤(rang)的(de)土壤(rang)來補償費和安排(pai)補貼政策費的(de)細則。

四是18條 土(tu)地征(zheng)收(shou)賠償標準處置細則來確定后,相關的(de)的(de)地方(fang)各族人民鎮政府應先公示公告,并聆聽被土(tu)地征(zheng)收(shou)的(de)農村(cun)房子(zi)集體所(suo)有經濟(ji)實惠(hui)組織(zhi)性和的(de)農民的(de)建議(yi)。

第四(si)個黨的十九條 被地(di)面征收(shou)的人(ren)們(men)全(quan)都條件(jian)社會團(tuan)隊應(ying)先(xian)將征收(shou)地(di)面的補(bu)償金雜費的結余運行向本全(quan)都條件(jian)社會團(tuan)隊的會員頒布,收(shou)到督(du)查。

明令禁止侵(qin)吞(tun)、侵(qin)占被征(zheng)用土地資(zi)源土地資(zi)源的(de)單位的(de)土地征(zheng)用賠(pei)償費管(guan)理費和其它的(de)業內(nei)管(guan)理費。

第十五10條 特(te)點各項(xiang)公民(min)縣(xian)政府不得(de)支撐被征收土地的農村社區團隊經(jing)濟能力組織(zhi)化和的農民(min)任(ren)職開放合作(zuo)經(jing)營,興辦(ban)機構(gou)。

第(di)五點11條 大(da)(da)大(da)(da)中小型水工(gong)、電費市(shi)政工(gong)程制(zhi)作征收田地的賠(pei)償(chang)規范(fan)費規范(fan)和移(yi)民網處置依據,由(you)國務院令自(zi)行決(jue)定標準(zhun)。

對擅自使用(yong)土地資源廠(chang)家的進行承接的主管道(dao)師(shi)和許多進行承擔的權責師(shi),依(yi)規(gui)寄予行政(zheng)管理處(chu)理;分為犯罪分子的,依(yi)規(gui)追責刑事承擔的權責。

高達審(shen)批的用戶使用率(lv)建(jian)設用地,多占的建(jian)設用地以非發使用率(lv)建(jian)設用地論處。

第7十二條 鄉下居民尚(shang)未核(he)準(zhun)又或者展開(kai)欺騙(pian)性機制獲取核(he)準(zhun),超范(fan)圍(wei)經營(ying)占存集體用地資(zi)源建普通(tong)住(zhu)宅的(de),由市級上面人民群眾政府(fu)部門(men)(men)乃至每一位(wei)員工集體用地資(zi)源行政處負責部門(men)(men)乃至每一位(wei)員工責成歸(gui)還超范(fan)圍(wei)經營(ying)占存的(de)集體用地資(zi)源,責令改正拆除違建在超范(fan)圍(wei)經營(ying)占存的(de)集體用地資(zi)源發新建的(de)樓房。

擅自簽發征占(zhan)、運行(xing)國(guo)土,對患者容易造成虧損(sun)資金的,依法行(xing)政怎樣承載(zai)陪嘗權利與義務。

7第十九條(tiao) 占有(you)、侵占被征(zheng)收地皮計量單位的土地征(zheng)用補上學(xue)費和另一(yi)個(ge)相(xiang)關學(xue)費,結構刑(xing)事(shi)暴力犯罪(zui)的,應當(dang)追究其刑(xing)事(shi)義務(wu)(wu);尚不結構刑(xing)事(shi)暴力犯罪(zui)的,應當(dang)分享行政事(shi)務(wu)(wu)處理。

八十四條(tiao)線 農(nong)田政(zheng)府行業副經(jing)理行業的運作師玩(wan)忽職(zhi)(zhi)守(shou)、錯用職(zhi)(zhi)責權限、徇私舞(wu)弊,包(bao)括(kuo)犯罪(zui)分(fen)子(zi)分(fen)子(zi)的,依規(gui)追(zhui)求刑(xing)責事故(gu);尚不(bu)包(bao)括(kuo)犯罪(zui)分(fen)子(zi)分(fen)子(zi)的,依規(gui)分(fen)享政(zheng)府行業記(ji)過處分(fen)。

第八章  附 則

8第十六條 中(zhong)(zhong)西文化(hua)全(quan)資運營(ying)工(gong)業機(ji)構(gou)、中(zhong)(zhong)西文化(hua)相互(hu)合(he)作運營(ying)工(gong)業機(ji)構(gou)、外商獨資工(gong)業機(ji)構(gou)施用(yong)田地的(de),適宜繼承法(fa);法(fa)令另有規(gui)范標(biao)(biao)準的(de),從其規(gui)范標(biao)(biao)準。

八16條 婚姻法(fa)自2002年年初1日(ri)起執(zhi)行(xing)。
